Processing Times
All Wrap District products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design, product availability, and order volume. Estimated production times will be provided when possible but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted third-party carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Wrap District is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Wrap District is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery transfer to the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Wrap District is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
