Products and Orders
Wrap District provides custom vehicle wraps, graphics, and related products. Because our products are custom-made to customer specifications, it is your responsibility to review and approve all designs, measurements, colors, and order details before submitting your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Wrap District is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle information and measurements.
- Reviewing all proofs and design approvals before production.
- Ensuring compatibility of products with their intended application.
- Following all installation and care instructions provided.
Wrap District is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer or improper installation.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, images, and content created by or displayed by Wrap District remain the property of Wrap District unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted for production.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrap District shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
No Returns / Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any wraps once an order has been placed and processed.
Customers are responsible for verifying all design details, sizing, and order information before completing their purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
By placing an order with Wrap District, you acknowledge and agree to this No Returns / Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Wrap District operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
